2006 NCAA West Regional Basketball

As the competition heats up and the field narrows to the Sweet 16, then the Elite 8, the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament happens in four places at once. The 2006 West Regionals take place in Oakland at the Oakland Arena, with the University of San Francisco playing host. If your favorite team has made it this far, let Coast to Coast help you find NCAA Men's West Regional tickets so you can be there to support them!

This year's winner of the NCAA Men's West Regional level will take on the winner of the South Regionals at the Final Four in Indianapolis at the RCA Dome.

In 2006, the UCLA Bruins defeated the Memphis Tigers 50-45 to win the West Regionals and the right to take on more Tigers, the team from Louisiana State University. The Bruins won that game 59-45 but lost the 2006 National Championship to the Florida Gators 73-57.
