2006 Insight Bowl

Congratulations to all the participants, who treated fans to a stunner in the 2006 Insight Bowl, and especially to the Texas Tech Red Raiders for their 44-41 overtime victory over the Minnesota Golden Gophers! The drama on the field included the biggest comeback in NCAA Division I-A history: Minnesota was up 38-7 in the third quarter, when Texas Tech sprang to life with 31 unanswered points in under 20 minutes, including a last-second field goal than sent the game into OT.
