2007 NCAA East Regional Basketball

As the competition heats up and the field narrows to the Sweet 16, then the Elite 8, the NCAA Basketball Tournament happens in four places at once. The 2007 East Regionals take place in East Rutherford, New Jersey, at the Continental Airlines Arena, with Rutgers University playing host.
