The 2008 EagleBank Bowl represents a lot of firsts – it’s the first bowl game to be played in Washington, D.C., it’s the first bowl game of the 2008-09 postseason and it’s the first-ever EagleBank Bowl! The game will pit the Navy Midshipmen against the ACC’s Wake Forest Demon Deacons. This year’s EagleBank Bowl’s focus is “to honor the sacrifices made by all those who serve our country”.
