Canadians, you already know how your exciting brand of football is growing in popularity. Second only to hockey among pro sports played in Canada, sales of tickets to Canadian Football League games have, for example, more than doubled for the BC Lions. Paid attendance at Commonwealth Stadium, home of the Edmonton Eskimos, averaged about 40,000 tickets sold per game.
