As you might expect from Bell Helicopter and in keeping with the Armed Forces Bowl name, stirring pre-game activities will include fighter jet and helicopter flyovers, skydiving, military ceremonies and a military concert band as well as a fireworks display. Each quarter of the bowl game will spotlight a different branch of the armed services, and live remote appearances by soldiers serving overseas will appear on the giant stadium video board.

Your tickets to the Armed Forces Bowl are more than tickets to watch exciting NCAA football in the Fort Worth Bowl tradition. They are a chance to join in a huge public thank-you to America’s veterans and active duty troops.

The Armed Forces Bowl is held each year at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas just before or after Christmas. Traditionally, before the game is played in late December, there are a number of gala events such as a trip to the historic Metroplex night club, Billy Bob's, and a pep rally in the famous Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth. Teams and fans alike attend these events, and you never know what rowdy times might erupt in the city 'Where the West Begins.'
