Congratulations to all the participants in the first annual St. Petersburg Bowl, and especially to the South Florida Bulls, who defeated the Memphis Tigers 41-14!

The St. Petersburg Bowl is one of two new bowls for the 2008-09 post-season (the other is the EagleBank Bowl in Washington, D.C.) and it takes place on December 20th at Tropicana Field. The St. Petersburg Bowl pits a team from the Big East Conference against a team from Conference USA (C-USA) and this year’s addition will match the Memphis Tigers with the South Florida Bulls.
