For over a decade, "The Man of Many Voices", Danny Gans, thrilled Vegas audiences with his unique brand of entertainment. Tragically, on May 1, 2009, Danny unexpectedly passed away in his sleep. He will be sorely missed.
Danny Gans was a singer, comedian and impressionist with his own Vegas show at the Encore. It was voted Show of The Year and Danny was named the Las Vegas Entertainer of The Year six times. Danny was the talk of Vegas and tickets to his shows continually sold-out.
Danny began his career as an athlete. He played baseball and almost made it in the majors before an injury. But they say everything happens for a reason, and using all of his other talents and a lot of commitment he built not only his superstar Vegas show, but a one-man variety show on Broadway before it.
The show was hilarious, exciting, and Danny had expert timing. In it he sang themed songs, did stand-up, and countless dead-on impressions. He used motif and irony well in his material and had a very fresh outlook on the world. There was more to the show, so much we can't even list all of the amazing things that Danny Gans had cooked up for his quintessentially Vegas Show.
