A rock band which was initially known as '?????' now has no questions asked about its identity or fame by anyone. Atoms for Peace was formed by members then rock bands that were prominent at that time such as Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Beck. Their first performance was in Los Angeles in 2009 followed by two shows in October at the Orpheum Theater. The lead member of the band Thom Yorke made them perform songs from his solo album until they released their first song Judge, Jury and Executioner in 2010. The band took up the name Atoms for Peace in March 2010 after giving much thought over a catchy name that would match the band's reputation of playing reverberating music. The members of the band include Thom Yorke as the lead vocalist and guitarist along with Flea, the bassist of Red Hot Chili Peppers fame, drummer Jay Waronker, percussionist Mauro Refosco and Nigel Godrich on the keyboards. Their first international performance at the Fiji Rock in 2010 was completely breathtaking and increased their number of fans all over the world. The next of their performances outside the United States were at the Melt! Festival and at the Pohoda Festival which added to their fame and gave them lots of recognition. One of their music videos featured Fukiko Takase, the contemporary dance performer, along with Thom Yorke. It was called 'Ingenue' and was highly acclaimed by top rock music countdowns. They recently got their album 'Amok' released in February 2013 and had its songs become a rage on iTunes. They also developed a new website for the publicity of Amok and uploaded their most famous music videos for fans to watch and enjoy! Atoms for Peace would be touring all the major cities in the world during the months of July to November 2013 and make fans croon along with them.
