The American metal band Mudvayne was actually a rap-metal group when lead singer Chad Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Shawn Barclay and drummer Matthew McDonough started in 1996 and self released their 1997 demo Kill, I Oughtta. In 1998 Shawn Barclay was replaced by Ryan Martinie and the band signed with Epic Records. Their debut studio album, 2000’s L.D. 50, spawned the hit “Dig” and rocketed Mudvayne to stardom. L.D. 50 went gold, as did their follow up albums, 2002’s The End Of All Things To Come and 2005’s Lost And Found. Now Mudvayne has a new album out, 2008’s The New Game, and the album’s first single, “Do What You Do”, is their fastest selling single to date. Buzz around this band is high, so if you want to see Mudvayne live, get your tickets today!
