2006 Maaco Bowl Las Vegas

Congratulations to all the participants in the 2006 Las Vegas Bowl, and especially to the BYU Cougars, who, before a record crowd at Sam Boyd Stadium, defeated the Oregon Ducks 38-8!

The Las Vegas Bowl (officially, the 2006 Pioneer PureVision Las Vegas Bowl) promises an evening of outstanding Division I football. Brigham Young University Cougars of the Mountain West Conference will be returning for the second year in a row; their opponents will be the University Oregon Ducks, from the PAC-10 Conference.
