Dierks Bentley is a highly successful and accomplished singer/songwriter and a popular favorite among exponents of contemporary country music. Dealing with traditional themes of country singing in songs such as 'Whiskey Tears' and 'Domestic, Light and Cold,' Dierks Bentley’s powerful and organic sound has earned him comparisons to country greats such as Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson rather than contemporary pop-rock influenced stars such as Garth Brooks or Tim McGraw. A devoted student of the genre, Dierks Bentley has carved out a niche for himself as a modern day teller of ol’ country stories with his individual blend of somber reflections and uplifting guitar sounds. Bentley is a country legend in the making, and you’ll want to catch Dierks Bentley tickets for a complete country experience.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Dierks Bentley attended college in Nashville at the age of 19 as his commitment to music began to grow. Working as a researcher for TNN television, Bentley studied the history of country music while honing his sound through small gigs and self-financed demo recordings. Bentley was discovered by and signed to Capitol Records in 2003, releasing his self-titled debut effort that same year. Demand for Bentley’s brand of honest and emotional country music was both immediate and lasting, making 2003’s Dierks Bentley and 2005’s Modern Day Drifter platinum selling albums. He was nominated for CMA Male Vocalist of the Year in 2005 and has performed tours with George Strait and Kenny Chesney.
