Since the country music duo known as Thompson Square first burst on to the popular music scene in 2010; they garnered the attention of music fans of all types and while many consider the hit country group to be relatively new in terms of popular music; the duo has actually been part of the music scene far before they became known as the now infamous Thompson Square. This band is make up of performers Keifer Thompson and Shawna Thompson and while the married couple now performs together each had spent about eight years performing on their own before coming together as Thompson Square. When the couple joined forces to record their first album in 2010 it was clear that these country crooners were meant to record together and their album quickly took off.

Fans and critics alike quickly began falling in love with the infectious sound of Thompson Square and falling in love with catchy tunes like “Lets Fight” and “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not?” These singles quickly rose to the top of the charts and helped Thompson Square develop a large and dedicated following of fans all anxiously awaiting the group’s next hit. While millions have fallen in love with the Academy of Country Music Award winning group for their records and hit singles, the band has gotten even more attention for their live performances.

When Thompson Square was invited to tour as the opening act for country star Jason Aldean they were put in some of the biggest arenas in the country and in front of some of the biggest crowds in the world as they started getting audiences on their feet and singing along with all of the catchy tunes from this hit group. After the success of their opening act; fans started to demand more of Thompson Square and the duo is now heading out on the road on their own doing their very own touring events.
