This smart comedy is directed by John Rando and will be the Broadway debut for actor Stephen Lynch who plays the lead, Robbie Hart. With music by Matthew Sklar and lyrics by Chad Beguelin, the musical production of The Wedding Singer promises to be a big hit. The show features songs like 'Its Your Wedding Day,' 'Casualty of Love' and 'Grow Old With You' that are funny, memorable and tailor-made to reflect the path the main character takes from being quite happy to having his world turned upside down.

Laura Benanti (Julia), Richard H. Blake (Glen Guglia), Kevin Cahoon (George), Rita Gardner (Rosie), Adinah Alexander (Angie) and Felicia Finley (Linda) are a few of the other talented actors appearing in The Wedding Singer. Julia is a beautiful waitress who catches the eye of the recently scorned Robbie. Unfortunately for the star-crossed Robbie, Julia is set to marry another man and Robbie has precious little time to convince her that they are meant to be together. I won't give away the ending but will say that this is a hilarious, edgy comedy that will have audiences rolling in the aisles.
