Talk of the R&B music industry and you definitely have to mention Avant. He is one of the artist who has managed to get hold of his fans with the kind of music he does together with his vocals that invokes feelings. Having stayed in the music industry and the limelight for the longest time,Avant has proved to be one of the most influential artist around by inspiring a large number of upcoming artists and even the most popular artists on the block. This doesn't end without mentioning his song writing skill that is pertinent to his influential nature. It is beyond reasonable doubt that all R&Bs fans have at one point been his fan and still are. His most acclaimed singles being 'separated' and 'my first love', that brought the RNB star to limelight, and unlike many stars he proved not to be a one hit wander. This was not until he was featured in 'karma' by Lloyd Banks in 2004,only for him to make it a huge hit song topping charts in different parts of the world. Avant is not only an R&B star but an actor too. He was featured in 'barber shop 2 film' that was a huge success. He has six albums in record that have scooped massive sales and airplay,from the first album - 'my thought(released in 2000) to the latest from him 'the letter' which was released in 2010. He has also featured a large number of different artists doing different genres of music bringing a new touch in the R&Bs world of music. These include: Snoop Dogg,Lloyd Banks and Keke Wyatt, among others. Now signed to Verve Forecast label from capitol from the release of his sixth album,Avant has yet to surprise his fans with new hits to elate them. Taking the steps of another big artist - R. Kelly,Avant is one of the biggest artists to reckon with and has managed to pull a huge crowd with him in his music concerts. This doesn't end without the mention of the live concerts that he hugely rocks the crowd. I still live to see more of Avant's music as am one of his number one fans
